Refund Policy

Please note: Since it is clearly indicated that all albums, audiobooks, and other WildStore products (with the exclusion of certain hard goods items such as clothing or branded goods) are delivered in electronic form (not as physical CDs) they are considered 'non-tangible, irrevocable goods', so we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent.  But Hey!...sometimes things do go wrong.  If so, we will do our best to accommodate customer satisfaction for the following:

    - Non-delivery of the Product: Due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. If this is the case, please contact us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted via-email or other notice within 7 days from the order placing date or the product will be considered received and downloaded.
    - Download and Unzipping Issues: It may happen so that you are having problems while downloading the product or its unzipping. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted to our HELP Team. If you do not properly contact us during this period, we construe silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a "download issue" reason. Failure to receive assistance for downloading or unzipping within 3 days may result in a refund decline, unless we have not been able to reply within a timely fashion.
    - Major Defects: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our HELP Team's review. We keep the right to rectify the error within 3 days. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial inquiry provided by Customer, the refund will be issued, or replacement of the product of the same or around the same value can be offered.
    - Product Not-As-Described: Issues must be reported to our HELP Team within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website and not based upon expectation or assumption on the part of the consumer. Where possible, representative sound samples are available for evaluation purpose for each album for review before purchase.
