Sonoma Valley Sunrise

A Biophony™ Album
Sonoma Valley (Jack London's "Valley of the Moon") features several little-known California state parks, each with its own spectacular natural biophony. This composite soundscape was recorded at dawn in Sugarloaf State Park over the period of a week during the spring of 2006. The undisturbed old growth site of this recording suggests what the Valley has sounded like for probably thousands of years.
